"Conny is an excellent and friendly manager. She takes good care of the residents and has an amazing personality/character. We just renewed our contract and she was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to resident satisfaction put me at ease throughout the entire process."
"These apartments are terrible. office staff is nice ,of course because they want your business. after you sign that dotted line, YOU ARE SCREWED!! you call to repairs and no one comes. perhaps the office staff is not relating the message to maintenance! OR SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE! There is mold growing in one apartment and resident has complained numerous times. MOLD is a serious problem. Perhaps we will have to step it up to another level....Calling housing authorities and filing a complaint may get their attention. or a news station."

"We been calling Napoleon Square several times already , im calling corporations Monday morning i have emailed and contact them in any way , i have called emergency number and they said they will send people and never do . I have kids in the house . Now i feel obligated to contact the news and grizzy good news . It feels extremely hot here . I been here for 10 years and its embarrassing that they cant even fix a AC .
