"So far I've had a fantastic experience at Park Colony from the leasing office to the apartment community. The office manager, Dan, has communicated efficiently since the first time I reached out and started my apartment search. I found no other community to have a human being even answer their phones! Dan has been professional, friendly, and super helpful! We absolutely love our new home. It's everything that was described to me and updated beautifully! The complex is clean, quiet and well kept. I'm very pleased so far and look forward to settling in and making it home. Thanks again for all your help!"
"I truly love my home here at Colony Park. It's quiet and no problems. Dan, the Mgr. has been very kind and helpful. He cares about the community, its appearance, and the residents. As far as maintenance, the maintenance man has always come to my home in a timely manner and is very friendly. So far, my experience has been great. I have no complaints. A very nice place to make your next new home."

"I moved into Park Colony Apts Houston two years ago sight unseen due to weather conditions in 2021. Search web talk to property manager via phone; as a result when arrived in February 2021 I was not disappointed. Dan and Steven have been a lifesaver in my relocation. The respect and care for me as a resident has been exceptional. Thank you guys for making my stay comfortable. The upgrades and maintenance has been great. Happy New Year Park Colony !!!! ?"
