"I have been living here since May of 2023. There a few concerns I think anyone planning to live here should know about. Security is a major problem! There are currently FOUR CARS in the parking garage that have had their wheels stolen!!! These all happened on different nights. The gate is often broken and there is no security guard on site. Obviously thieves know it too. There needs to be nightly security.
The apartments themselves are not bad and are decently updated. The problem is the grounds of the apartment complex are not maintained well. Walking from your car in the parking garage to your apartment is very cringy. The hallways, elevator, and walkways are littered with trash and are dirty. There is also frequently dog poop on the carpet in the hallways. It usually takes a week or two before it is cleaned up. I've included a pic of the stairways so you see the network of cobwebs that has obviously been there for months. It will be embarrassing having company over.
The apartments are managed by Greystar which is the largest apartment manager in the country. They are not known for being tenant friendly and constantly face numerous lawsuits. Greystar is also known for charging "junk fees" and keeping deposits. Also keep in mind your rent will be drastically increased if you renew. Greystar uses RealPage’s software to set their rent prices. The U.S. Justice Department along with the attorney generals of numerous states recently filed an antitrust lawsuit against RealPage accusing it of an illegal scheme that allows landlords to coordinate rental price hikes. I renewed my lease for what will be the last time a couple months ago and my rent was increased by 13%. I also just noticed for the last three months I’ve been charged a $15 “junk fee” called a “Building Loss Protection Fee”. When I brought this to the attention of the property manager he stated it was because they were not listed as an “interested party” on my renters insurance policy, despite me having an active renters insurance policy. When I informed/showed him that nothing had changed from my policy from the previous year where they hadn’t been listed as an “interested party” and did not charge this fee, he still refused to refund me the fees. So be aware this management company will nickel and dime you."
"THIS APARTMENT WAS THE WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! At the start of move in, I walked in to an apartment that had roach carcass everywhere and no AC. I was moved to a new unit that had a similar roach problem and was barely put together. I had to have maintenance come in and fix everything to make it livable. During the course of my stay, my car tires were stolen and my car was badly damaged, my washer was broken for 3 weeks without any reponse from the office or maintenance, I had black mold growing from the roof of my bathroom that caused me to have health problems. And whenever I would request maintenance to come they would leave all their equipment laying around my apartment and room like they didn’t care. There were multiple occasions where they left the door unlock after completing the request. I wouldn’t suggest this apartment to my worst enemy. The place is sub par with hallways always dirty and spiderwebs and bugs hanging from every surface. The office never answers the phone and are not willing to help out. To make matters even worse after I left, I was charged twice for a cleaning fee(that I knew would cause issues so made sure to pay) and apartment damage ( that was there before and reported on the sheet of paper that they made me turn in). They took over half of the deposit I payed because of this. And told me that I have to dispute the charge with my bank . This place is terrible and I hope my review makes you think long and hard about what you are willing to deal with."
"Love love love it here. Clean and safe and secure building. Great neighbors. Convenient to shopping, banking, and many other businesses. Great management team. Requests and issues are handled promptly. Great community for those that are looking to be involved with others in the building. Apartments are attractive. The building is well kept, management is understanding and responsive, The property manager is always on his A game! Love all the staff! Glad I chose to

"Maintenance is terrible, there is trash everywhere. Spiders and webs, wasp nests and roaches in the halls. There was a dog fight Friday morning and the blood is still stinky in the hall. I called the office several times only to be told they would contact maintenance or something and nothing has changed, but the rent goes up…. Don’t live here!!!!! Either they don’t live here or they don’t care about the state of the property in which they too reside in, but things need to change drastically. People don’t deserve to live in squalor while paying their hard earned money each month. Fix it.
Update: they’ve cleaned the blood and some of the webs up, however I still don’t recommend living here. You run the risk of coming home to no water on a random day.
Update 2: Maintenance is down to maybe a team of two and the new guy doesn’t fix anything. I asked for a weather strip for my door and that turned into him moving my lock and now I have a bigger draft ? there’s always a dog pooping in the hall and my dishwasher hasn’t worked in months. They just come and tell me they reset it like I’m a dumb ass. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE."
"I have lived here since 9/20/2023. I am going to try and keep my review simple and keep bias or rudeness out. Up until today, I was going to be generous with my review and give three stars - as the management does try to alleviate issues rather quickly in my experience.
1. My SRT Durango was stolen here on March 6th, 2024. They did not have consistent security until about May, after I assume - another Dodge charger RT was stolen. Still, this is not the apartments fault. The apartment manager agreed to give me an extra parking spot that wasn’t at the top of the garage, where visitor parking is. My spot was on the second floor, until this weekend - they sold a unit connected to that parking spot, and gave it to another person, without telling me.
2. During the first few months here, the exit gate was constantly open, making it an easy target for theft.
3. Toyotas are a target, as I have seen rav4s on blocks, and Toyota Camrys on blocks.
4. I email professionally Everytime I have a concern, and I usually only receive a response half of the time.
5. Within the first month of move-in, a bunch of paneling on the wood floors came up as I’m sure the foundation had shifted.
6. A leasing professional sent me their electricity referral, when I was told that the property was partnered with this company. Come to find out - she sent me the referral so she could earn a free month of electricity’s.
7. Valet trash is rather inconsistent, which is fine. If I need to take out the trash I will gladly do it myself, they have not grabbed my trash at least 5-6 times. This is typically why I’d rather take out the trash myself. And save myself 35$ a month.
8. The clientele here do not care for the property, people will open their car door and dump trash out, or just leave trash everywhere. I try to do my part in keeping the community nice. The maintenance crew does a good job of cleaning up during weekdays. I feel for the contributing members of society here, because roughly 40% of the people that live here seem to be the problem with trash, carrying themselves in an adult like manner, or just being respectful.
9. I am not sure if I will get my 800$ deposit back, I am hoping so, since I have kept my unit in pristine condition.
10. When my car was stolen in March, the window that was ripped out is still there, it has been over four months, see in picture below.
11. Attached are a few pictures proving also that I keep my unit in pristine condition and am not a degenerate.
Overall - the property manager has been a great person. The clientele living here are not. The maintenance team is great, the apartment is okay for its price."
