"A beautiful property, a great community with awesome amenities. Two pools with grills on each side, a clubroom with a pool table and a media room, a gym and a computer room. They even have elevators in each building. easy access to the Pearland town center shopping mall. A cross the street they have a walking trail around the lake everything around the area is walking/biking distance and a safe environment the new management and maintenance team have been working very hard to get this property back in shape and very pleased with the results."
"Bianca and Mia was absolutely AMAZING! Helped me with literally everything! Called me all the time to help me finish up getting approval for the apartment! Move in day I found a few things that needed to be fixed and they got them fixed and called me every time something was done! Super great with communication and the entire staff is extremely friendly and fun! Love this place can’t wait to create new memories here!!!"
"I had an amazing tour with Mia. She answered all the questions I had. She also took her time with our time, as I did not feel rushed and had to just tour and leave. She was very easy to communicate with as we shared some laughs! I am excited and plan to move into this complex as she made me feel very welcomed and shared great reviews about the property and management team.
