"I have lived at this complex for about a year now, and I have truly enjoyed my experience. The office staff is always welcoming and willing to help with anything. Maintenance stays on top of the property to ensure our community remains clean and inviting. If you're looking for a great place to live with an excellent staff, this is definitely the place. None of the apartments in the area compare to what San Palmas has to offer. For those of you in the reviews claiming they don't approve anyone, that's not true; you're just not qualified."

"When relocating to Houston from Atlanta, I had to do my apartment search virtually. I came across San Palmas and felt that it was a beautiful property, and brand new. Demi was my leasing agent and was amazing throughout the entire process. We did a virtual tour, since I was out of state, and she even answered some of my questions about the area and it's amenities since I was unfamiliar. Demi was extremely communicative and personable, and put me at ease with the decision to move forward without ever having actually stepped foot on the property.
I picked up my keys this week and was truly floored by the property's beauty. The website doesn't do it justice, it feels like a vacation resort (and this was the day after a hurricane!). I'm excited to enjoy all the amenities, as well as future resident events that'll help me meet new people in Houston. Thanks for your help, Demi!"
