"I tried to get an apartment here and was denied when I ask why the lady I don't know her name wasn't as nice she was when she was getting my 100 dollars application fee. She didn't smile wasn't friendly anymore she just to me it tell u in the email why i was denied when it doesn't. But it's ok I found a house that looks better than the apartment anyways so everything happens for a reason God takes care of me not you people"
"Scheduled an appointment to tour this complex, we were greeted by the desk lady, Maya? I cannot remember her name. The apartment tour was absolutely terrible; I kid you not, we were in and out in 5 minutes, MAX!
She wasn’t talkative, spoke and seemed like she’d rather be doing something else, wasn’t energetic or informative. She gave information upon being asked instead of informing us herself of the area.
We toured the model apartment and that was literally it, dropped us off at the front building and asked if we needed anything else. Didn’t show us the pool + grill area, the gym, the dog park, package lockers, mail room, garages and whatever else they even had available but didn’t care to inform or show us. I didn’t even know the complex had two pools, I just found out through the pamphlet she provided us in the beginning,
She also didn’t even provide her name, I saw on her name badge and that was the only indication that she was our touring agent, her name isn’t on any of the papers she provided so the entire experience wasn’t personalized.
The papers with the fees also seem to lack information on Security Deposit / Deposit Fee. Maybe that information is online?
Regardless the entire experience was terrible and not what it should’ve or SUPPOSED to have been. We arrived at 11, left at 11:10ish after taking a few minutes of providing our ID’s and then moving on to tour the model apartment.
We will likely not be moving forward with this complex, I wish I could provide an actual review of the lifestyle but the first interaction was all we needed to know."

"I lived here over a year and I love it! I feel like people only comment here when they’re mad about something or they can’t get their way. Get over it!
The staff in the office are super nice, Joselyn, Ruby and Maya, they have new employees and they’re all really good. ?? Maintenance do come to fix whatever we need. Yes, sometimes it might take a little longer but I know these are apartments and it might take a little longer because it’s not just one person living here. Thank you guys!"
