"Terrible management. I've lived here for a year and a half. We're now on the 3rd management company I think? It's a mess.
New management has now decided that upstairs tenants are not allowed privacy on their patios and made me remove the patio cover. Nobody else ever had an issue with it.
Pool is always closed, mailboxes are always open, metal pipes sticking out of the ground from old satellites. They photoshopped the pictures on the website to make it look way nicer than it is. The new website says luxury, but it's just a regular dinky apartment and now we're not even allowed privacy.
They informed me that I'd be paying the same price as a renovated unit when my lease is up, even though my apartment has not been renovated. I've also had tons of problems with my unit in particular over the last two years. Dishwasher broke, ac broke, a water pipe busted inside the wall, mold from my ac vents.
Constant water problems. Sidewalks are always covered in mud every time it rains. Gray water comes out of the ground sometimes.
Oh and there was a review of one of their employees trying to hit a cat. Suspiciously, that review was removed."
"My tenure here was a lil rocky 5 year tenant . I’m going to give a honest review because I wouldn’t want anyone to go through what I did . So the bugs are really bad not sure how because I was rarely home and kept my house pretty tidy . Office staff I just stay away from because their faces say it all .I really didn’t see much of a change so I couldn’t really understand why my rent was increasing . A lot of hidden fees in your rent which make no sense . Speedy Gonzalez are everywhere it’s like a race track out there . From my knowledge if you talk to the right person in the office they can move you in for 800$ ?!? I hope that was just a joke . The only good thing about my stay here were my neighbors they were always so sweet and very watchful of my apt while I was away. Hopefully in due time things get better but I don’t see that anytime soon . I moved a few weeks ago and I’ve been at so much peace . Good luck everyone ."
"If I could give it less I would. These seem so highly recommended but are a huge disappointment. I'm glad my lease here is ending soon. If you're thinking of moving here just know you have to buy a microwave. And expect at least 5 roaches in the first day. Also hope you have noise cancellation headphones because you'll constantly hear fireworks...at least I hope they're fireworks. Rent is cheap for a reason but still not worth the asking price. Yes the insides are fairly renovated but when it rains water is still dripping into my bathroom...I have a cup of rust water because it rained and my ceiling was leaking. Hope whoever gets this unit after has a better experience."
"I just can't wait till my lease is up this apartment sucks. The maintenance team & management team sucks here. They act like they care about the residents and they don't. Just money hungry people. They don't really tend to work order's at all unless, the owner is on site then they all act like they working but, the truth is they don't tend to alot of your issues. Place has to many roaches every where I'm just over this property."
"Mold under the kitchen sink, hole in ceiling of second bedroom, and mold in kitchen above fridge.
Toilets never work, major fees added on without being notified since living here. They are scam artist and I’m so glad I moved. Also there’s no pest control even though you pay for it and large roaches on back porch at night. There’s also roach infestation in the kitchen area. Please beware!"
