"My best friend lives here and I was in town visiting her when, things kind of took a turn for the worse. She was in a car accident not long ago and is relying on a rental car but the office had their rental car towed! They had requested a parking permit to have permission to park there but was denied one. They have been living there for a long time and are on a lease but the office refuses to give them a copy of the lease or even a parking permit. They had to fork out 300 bucks for a rental car tow that should not have been towed!
As a resident, they should have the same rights as other tenants but they have been mistreated. Not to mention the constant threat of packages being stolen etc. and the office refuses to do anything about it. For this being such a "nice" place, I would have thought that their standards would be a little higher.
So glad I don't live here."

Without security or neighborhood protection. I don't know what this administration is going to do AND SOON...
This place NEEDS to recover good neighbors and change the administration URGENTLY... One year and two damages to my car. Also the front of my apt is terribly dirty with old furniture that I asked the management A YEAR AGO to try to clean the area to make it look harmonized clean and nice....And they still don't do it, it's still the same as the picture that is posted... the answer I get is that the neighbors have the right....OMG...And where are mine?"
"I woke up in the middle of the night because the ceiling started to leak on my bed, I’ve been in these apartments for six months, and I’ve submitted too many work orders to fix the leak, but the maintenance staff don’t know how to fix it and they can’t afford to hire a third party contractor. Good job"
"DO NOT MOVE HERE! They are slumlords. The pipes are constantly leaking/breaking. Maintenance doesn’t fix the issue. If you put in an order for maintenance, they will arrive, say they need to go get something, then never come back, but will complete the order on the paperwork. Mold is REALLY bad! So bad that you cannot run the AC, and it makes you sick. The office does not care and will let you sit like that for at least a week. The office staff is very rude and dismissive. They even said that fixing the broken dishwasher was a “pain in the ass”. It’s called YOUR JOB. I have no idea what we pay these people for. They literally do NOTHING to make repairs. Also, I’m pretty sure mold this bad is a huge health code violation. Please rent elsewhere!!"
"Samira is very patient, when I was applying I was a little skeptical but she made it smooth and answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond by making sure I would get my apartment on time although the website doesn’t seem to be up to date, it’s better to stop by to check the actual availability. The apartments are nice and cozy. So far everything good but parking gets busy. Office staff is kind and helpful."
