"First of all, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the swimming pool. I appreciate the amenities such as the dishwasher, the washer and dryer, and the air conditioning. The apartment is also well-maintained and clean, thanks to the efficient and friendly maintenance staff.
Secondly, the office staff are very nice and polite. They are always helpful and responsive to any questions or requests I have. They also organize events, pool party, meals for the students in Summer time and activities for the residents, such as helping electric bill, Resident insurance, printing, copying documents and Fax. These events help create a sense of community and make living here more enjoyable.
Thirdly, the environment is pleasant and relaxing, with green grass and tree shade. The apartment complex is quiet and peaceful, with no noise or disturbance from neighbors or traffic. The location is also convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation.
In conclusion, I am very happy with my apartment and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Thank you for providing me with such a wonderful living experience."

"The maintenance is good but the hot water they have to fix every couple of months. I had to pay reletting fee to get out due to people playing loud music til 2am security could not get them to stop on some apts. I tried getting the supervisor she nice she so busy that she doesn't have time to really get in the problems. The rent goes up over $40 on 10 month leases I lived there year 1/2. When I had movers they scratched the cheap wood floors.they have no DBA to file your problems at the courthouse. I tried the manager Will fight til she wins. I told her park at Voss has more to offer for the $ in the galleria area she said nothing.i told her they should put real tile on all the floors she said her company doesn't want do that. I told her less problems my last place did upstairs too.

"I lived in SunBlossom Mountain from 2011 through 2020. It's a budget type of place to rent, which was exactly what I needed at the time, but the management and staff work hard on keeping up the place, and the maintenance team is responsive and delivers in a level well beyond their financial means. The management has invested in the improvement of water boilers, cable internet, pavement of parking spaces, security systems and many other parts of the product they offer almost every year during my stay there. One important detail is that this apartment complex has never flooded even during the worst storms that the city has suffered. But what really makes the difference there is a very skilled team of employees. The manager at the time I lived there, Sharon Hsu, the guy that ran day-to-day operations, Rafael Rodriguez, the maintenance team lead by the Engineer, Pedro, won't let one single concern go unaddressed, you can always count on a timely answer to every single issue, plus they are very accommodating when you have difficulties making rent, believe me, it happened to me. I left there when I took a job out of Houston; if I ever have to go back and look for a place to rent, I would start my search right there"
