"People breaking into cars, cameras not working and “security”??. Some people broke into my car last night once I got off work, I woke up with clothes scattered in the parking lot and my car a mess inside they took some coins not really much but when I wanted to look at the cameras in the office they have around the buildings they told me in the office that they don’t work ?♀️ having security really isn’t enough they could at least have working security cameras."

"This place is roach infested and prejudice me and my family was harassed by office staff about smoking marijuana and it wasn’t our unit they lying saying we left the place dirty when I clearly have a video charging us 1400 for stuff they made up the stickers on our car they wanted back or 100 dollars will be charged all this because we would not renew our lease management is scamming please don’t move here horrible place and we are still being harassed after moving in August"

"Overall, there is a reassured atmosphere of safety occasioned by the gentle disposition of majority of the residents. The community is also bereft of the infestation of vermin of whatever description unlike many apartments where residents have to wage an endless war with rats, bed bugs, roaches, etc. Courtesy of the clean environment. Neighbors blaring their music at the detriment of others is, to state the least , completely alien to this community. Almost all the residents conduct themselves in a civilized manner going about their business calmly. I call it 'the gentleman's haven. The leasing office staff are respectful and they choose their words. Though, parking could be a bit of a challenge here."
"Attention owner... it would be nice and maybe make a difference if you were to come visit your apartment complex and have a meeting with all your staff members “ maintenance” and “managers” there is a lot of repairing that needs to be done and all we get from them is that there is nothing wrong called several times. invested with roaches as well, I will replace and repair and you will hear from my Insurance. not a good place to raise a family The walls and floor or hollow and not soundproof never get a good night sleep something needs to get done before I take legal action I will contact my attorney and the city of Houston Business bureau if this situation ain’t resolved thank you!"
