"My daughter just moved out her to Houston from California. We we told she wasn’t going to be able to move into the apartment until Thursday . We waited until Thursday and we were very unhappy with the inside of the “ Newly Renovated” apartment. Very disappointed. We have had to call the office almost everyday we’ve been here because of different issues that are not fixed. Also there are ROACHES. I will be looking to call upper management regarding these issues. Really they deserve no stars. 1 star is really over doing it"
"NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!! We've been living here for almost 2 years and they have been changing management almost every 3 to 6 months. The previous manager was very good. Made sure the work order request was done within the next day of submitting it. Now these new office employees don't care. You have to pretty much harass them into doing their work. Tired of them not letting the residents who have a dog to pick up after their dogs. Everyday I walk out my apt door, there is always dog poop on the grass. You have to watch your step or you will be stepping on dog poop. I have been telling them the parking lot is dark at night. The lights don't work. They already broke into my husband's work truck and stole more than $1000 worth of tools. They say they have security but I never see them. We had to put our own cameras just to start feeling safe. They are only worried about fixing the exterior of the apartment complex to bring in new tenants. I would give them 0 stars if I had the option."
"I don’t know what the doing in the leasing office but it’s not work —barely pick up the phone , office close in business hours , when you wanna move in hurry please don’t go there - they will take your application and never get back to you - you keep calling and calling even after providing everything they ask - they need to change the whole management- .. like I said the do everything but work"
"I have lived here since 2021, the first two years were smooth and good, that’s when Carla was manager. After she left, everything went downhill. First, I was charged for several months for no renters insurance even after I sent them a copy of my insurance via email and the resident portal. I talked to 3 people for months and none of them fixed it, saying they couldn’t do it, until some temporary manager came and tried to assist. But I was charged $175 worth of late fees due to them not fixing it for months. Now I am being charged month to month because they claim they never received my signed lease and when I call they never answer, they don’t check their emails or respond to you in the portal. And don’t even bother trying to go to the office, they say their hours are from 10-5:30, but Monday I went there at 4:40p and the doors were locked, no one was there. I am hoping someone from Rockwell Management sees this and take action."
"Do NOT at any cost, move here. I’ve lived here for two years. LOVED the last management. But the new management is FOS their motto is “paint over it”. Every time I call them they can’t help. Any request you put in expect 3 months til they fix it. Keep calling and they’ll say they are only “handling emergencies” which means they are off painting something unnecessary. The ladies are SO RUDE. Not to long ago they called and said for me to turn down my music or they’ll fine me, when I wasn’t even home. Didn’t apologize either ! My mailbox is broke and I keep asking them to fix it. Still haven’t so now I’m trying to go through post office to get my mail.
One time I was in the shower and I came out and maintenance was in my house. Both my locks were locked. They had a ladder at my patio and climbed that to get in for an “inspection” but still haven’t not fulfilled my service requests. And again not an apology.
Be prepared to hear gunshots every night.
They took away the kids playground to put just grass that they want the kids to keep off of.
I truly loved living here until this new management arrived.
Me and my fellow neighbors have all been here 2+years but are all leaving now because we have the same issues with management."
