"My wife and I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from Violet during the search for our apartment. Not only did she provide detailed information about the unit we’re considering moving into, she also offered much needed reassurance about the safety of the area. Her professionalism and helpfulness made the process smooth and reassuring. Our family is happy with the experience. We're glad she helped us with choosing the apartment. We have enjoyed the stay so far."
"Jasaleen was amazing and so helpful, regardless of how freezing it was she took the time to take me on our tour and help me feel comfortable in my hope to be new home! Highly recommend you coming in to work with her, she’ll get your settled in at home with no issues!"
"Recently went on a tour for a 1 bedroom apt. Violet Romero was of such great help! She explained all the details to us thoroughly and was very pleasant to work with. We also loved how welcomed she made us feel even if we were just touring. The one bedroom's are so spacious and I loved that every apartment comes with an extra storage unit. We will be moving in once our current lease is up."
"Moved in a month ago and I am completely loving the apartment complex! From the very beginning my experience was great. Jas was the associate I dealt with. She was friendly, polite and very informative. I give her service 5 stars as well.
Apartments are located near EVERYTHING! grocerie store , gym , freeways , schools. Parking is always available at anytime day or night. Apartments are clean and well maintained."
"I recently moved into SYNC at Kingsland Ranch, and I have to say, the experience was smoother than I ever expected! Moving is usually a stressful process, but Jasleen went above and beyond to help my family and me every step of the way. She was always available to answer our questions, kept us updated, and made sure we had everything we needed to settle in. Her attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything went right made all the difference. If you’re looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about your experience, I’d definitely recommend SYNC at Kingsland Ranch!"
