"Really starting to regret moving into these apartments signed my lease Thursday here’s a list of things to consider before moving in : 1.) property manager is nice , cons hard to reach .
2.) ask for regional information the leasing consultants which who are older can’t answer questions, holds the information, not friendly , kinda snappy and rude , shouldn’t be in the office because they act is if their only job is to take payments and proccess application.
3.) upon moving in my upstairs make neighbor urinated outside the door while myself and moving help was moving in my possession/ yes pissing , which means he was pissing on the rails and it was created a puddle in front of my neighbors and I walk way,
4.) gates don’t work, walk in gates don’t lock so not secure , security be chilling with his friends
5.) dogs not on leash so if your scared of pit bulls not for you
6.) was offered drugs soon as I started moving my possessions in,
7.) it’s not as clean , youd think they’d require your patios to be clean no laundry hanging etc ,,, yes I’m seeing everybody’s undergarments on that patios hanging like I’m in a trailer park
8.) I’ve been complaining since Thursday 2:30pm about my front door . No im not holding no handle no door up, literally one kick my door is open
9.) gun shots was ringing in extreme close range @ 10pm
10.) when the nice property manager isn’t in the old mean ladies who don’t know their job , company policy , nor how to respond to requests nor issues ..
11.) they need to hire new people & leave the property manager
12.) and view your apartment before signing a lease !!! My kitchen cabinets are sinking in, the cabinets are scratched up and peeling. My mirror has a big grey spot that looks like they painted over it , also it looks like a rodent or dog ate the bargain cabinet apart.
Definitely not a ready clean unit ?"
"ZERO star ?? LIED, they have lied to us from the first day, we applied for an apartment on the first floor with a connection for a washing machine, they told us the apartment is yours, you only have to wait 7 days for them to renew it, we went to a hotel for those days and we put our things in storage.
When we returned they told us I'm sorry but the people who lived there didn't leave now they are going to go to court for not paying.
For 4 months we have been living on the 2nd floor and without a washing machine connection.
My husband and I have arthritis. WE CAN'T handle the stairs anymore.
And I still have my things in storage I have my apartment empty, waiting for my apartment on the first floor, making an extra expense.
LIES after lies because they offered us an apt that was NOT available.
Besides, my neighbors have been robbed because the gate is broken. ????"
