"This has been nothing short of a nightmare for me and my wife. We have lived here just over a year now and have been amazed by the amount of ignorance and lack of communication. We have had multiple encounters with an unethical towing company including extensive damage on one of the vehicles towed. When going to the office to ask about the reason for the tow, without fail, the management is unwilling and quite frankly more of a hinderance than anything. After trying to communicate the frustration of missing a vehicle the complex manager would not relay any information to the management company nor give me the contact information for them. We have had problem after problem with maintenance as well. Our A/C is so out of date that we can not efficiently cool our apartment without spending an arm and a leg on electricity. We had to run an additional portable ac unit just so our apartment would get below 78 at night. Several complaints were made about it but nothing was ever done except for “finding a leak” which still didn’t fix it. If you are expecting to pay the super low rate that they give you when you sign, think again; add about $300 and that’s what you’ll actually be paying after the fees just rack up. I do not recommend anyone move in here and I have watched as their occupants dwindle as they run away from the tragic excuse for an apartment complex they call themselves."
"Second time here for a problem that could've been taken care of if they actually cared..reported this problem when our apartment flooded a month ago and the dishwasher filled up again wetting the floor and carpet..wish things could get taken care of here but unfortunately won't happen with the people here, oh and happened when we had no power so that was even more horrible"
"I have lived here since 2019, and in 2 different units. I have lived here through a few different property management companies, and managers. I am still very pleased with my home. Is it perfect?? No, but for what I pay it’s perfect for me! The management was very helpful and accommodating when the tornado hit, and anytime I submit a maintenance request, in all honesty I personally don’t have many problems with my unit, but the problem is resolved in a timely manner. I love have quite it is here, and how small the complex is.. I get to park right in print of my unit, and since I have yard I love privacy that I have!"
"DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Management at these apartments is absolutely ridiculous. Our experience here was HORRIBLE. My boyfriend’s car was stolen and totaled within a couple of months living here, and the lack of compassion from the office was unbelievable. The manager was AT THE SCENE and did not even offer her apologies. The people that stole the car then stole another car the next weekend and were never evicted despite the office knowing about them. Rent was never what they said it was going to be and the miscellaneous monthly charges were insane. After moving out, trying to turn in the keys and get everything settled was a challenge because the office was NEVER OPEN despite us calling ahead to ensure someone would be there to help us. The only positive thing I have to say is that the maintenance staff was great and always worked in a timely manner. Everything else here was terrible. Do yourself a favor and NEVER LIVE HERE."
"Trust me, if I could leave zero stars I would. This complex is horrible. When you sign your lease you can be be sure you will pay close up to $200 more than you sign for every month. My car was stolen and crashed-totaled by some kids who live in the apartments. The manager was at the scene and did not say a word, not an apology. The same kids stole another car the very next weekend. The managers are never in the office.
The only people who did a good job was maintenance. They came in a timely manner to fix issues within the apartment.
My recommendation is don’t move here!"
