"Please no rent this apartments managemet are very bad, they no take care you at all.
Maintenance are super bad never repair right repair our take months to fixing example disposal leak never replace plus other problems no good in summer you walk parking look bed rouches in the parking ."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE I AM WARNING YOU. These apartments don’t fix mold, they give you the Landlord special and paint over it… diabolical.They replaced a broken washer machine with a refurbished one that overflows with water onto the floor (why didn’t they test to make sure it works). We have been without hot water for over 2 weeks during the month of November. Now it’s December and we haven’t had water since the first week of December. IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS WE HAVEN’T HAD WATER FOR 3 WEEKS TOTAL. No update, no estimate or anything. The cherry on top is the fact that only 2 people can have a parking permit per apartment, which is okay. HOWEVER, they don’t enforce this rule so there are many people parked in the complex with no parking permit so more than likely if you come home from work after 8pm you will have to park outside of the gate on the street and hope your car isn’t broken in to. These apartments have so many problems that they make you forget about the roaches because there’s so many other problems. There are many more issues but these are the main ones. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED."
"I have to be honest this will be the first positive experience in the almost two years I have live at The Gibson.
I had several maintenance requests. And apparently they have a new maintenance man. Let me say this is by far the only good service I have ever received here in almost two years.
Pedro has to be new. Either way I do have cameras in my kitchen and living room because of my cat. Pedro was diligently working then entire time. He fixed all five of my requests. And then the nice man replace a bulb in my bathroom that was out that I was going to do when I got home. I did not ask him too. And one side of my toilet paper holder had fallen off he replaced that as well. Also not one of my request. And as I checked my cameras when he was working on the fan and like on my stove. He had to take some of my things out of the cabinet above my stove and he straightened them up. I can honestly say Pedro you did the most exceptional job. And I have not ever had anything good to say about management or maintenance since I moved here in 2022. So management please do not thank me. Thank Pedro he truly represented The Gibson. Ans he deserves a raise and all of the rest of you should get lessons from him on how to keep your residents happy.
Great job Pedro. You should be the face of Summit Property Management not those other yahoos.

"More than 3 months with the clothes dryer broken and they don't care about the conditions in which their residents live, I'm tired of going to the office and they treat you like nothing. You have to keep living with the problems. But today they made me understand that they are not worried about their tenants at all when the secretary of the office calls Pedro from maintenance to ask why they have spent so much time fixing a piece of equipment and the gentleman replies that he is not interested in that problem that they do not call him. that he has to keep waiting."
"You’ll love this place if you like showering with cold water all the time. Hot water is always out even during the winter. Pretty terrible way to end or start your day."
