"The Gregory is one of the newest complexes I got to visit during my search for my apartment. Louie was very helpful & attentive to answer any questions or concerns I had. It’s a beautiful facility with resort-feel to it from the front office, to the pool & great size rooms. Prices were just right & night times are quiet with a few police officers that live in the facility. Would definitely recommend to anyone in search of a home up in the Porter area & make sure to ask for Louie as he strives for excellence customer service. Thank you Louie for all your help!!"
"This is an excellent place to live! Lovely staff and management. The community is like a resort with great amenities and access to so many stores just down the road. It’s always super clean & it’s pretty quiet since it’s a little tucked away. I moved in when they first opened and it’s been great ever since. If you're in search of a comfortable and calm place to live, this is it."

"I absolutely love my new apartment! This place is truly an amazing gem. The resort style living is so quiet and peaceful. My leasing agent Beth was extremely wonderful and a joy to work with! She made this move and transition from the Washington DC area the best for me. Not to mention my view is everything. I have no regrets!!

Whether it’s addressing maintenance requests, facilitating smooth communication, or organizing community events, they always handle everything with efficiency and a positive attitude. It’s evident that they are dedicated to making the Gregory Apartments a comfortable and welcoming place to live.
One instance that stands out was when I had an urgent maintenance issue late in the evening. Joshua not only ensured that the problem was resolved quickly but also followed up the next day to make sure everything was still functioning properly. Their proactive approach and commitment to resident satisfaction truly set them apart.
Additionally, Chris and Louie are always available to answer questions and provide assistance, making the entire living experience seamless and enjoyable. They create a sense of community and make sure that all residents feel valued and heard.
