"DO NOT MOVE HERE THE MANAGER ANA CARNDES DOES NOT DO ANYTHNG!!!! That manager Ana has to go. My granddaughter got off the bus and it was cold and she told me that Ana would not allow her to wait inside the office till I got there. It was freezing cold. She is a child. Everytime I come to the office Ana is never available she is always gone us resident have notice her car is never here. The only good think about this place is Tristan, elizabeth and the assistant manager lady. They are always willing to help."
"We received a West Oaks's good recommendation from a relative who thought it would be suitable for our necessities and possibilities because she had chosen it previously. We have lived here since 7 month ago and are happy because we feel safe, in a comfortable apartment, in a good neighborhood, with excellent location and being attended by a very nice professional staff, not only at the Main Office, but all the workers are too. Especially Elizabeth and Tristan

"I had an excellent experience working with Elizabeth. She was prompt with my inquiries about a 2bd 2 ba. I'm new to the area and Elizabeth provided great recommendations as well for local amenities and made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend if your in the market for a new apartment to speak with Elizabeth. Her professionalism and dedication is unmatched."
"I love the location of these apartments, easy access to highway 6 and the property is well maintained. Elizabeth in the leasing office was very nice and attentive to my needs."
"Zero! Please read it before coming here! If you like to live with cockroaches in your kitchen, do not waste time. This is THE place! I emailed multiple times to the management, spent ton of money on products, requested numerous maintenances through their website and they came, but the problem is still there. This place is very noisy, you can not sleep or rest because you can hear Upstair and side neighbors walking running and making all kinds of crazy sounds and drops. The management? Doesn't do ANYTHING! They are so crazy that they put a family with small kids on the 3rd floor . So when they run all day, you can enjoy their foot stamps! You basically have to get up and sleep with your neighbors. And every time they go to the rest room upstairs they wake you up too! That is how crazy these walls and floors are. Please do not waste your money and loose peace here."
"Let me say thank you ms Elizabeth and ms v and tristan the app and process was very easy and Elizabeth help me with everything that a needed I felt very welcome and very happy with My apartment and even gave me encouragement while moving in again thanks enjoying my stay"
"If i could give this review 0 stars i would. I've had an incredibly frustrating time living at this apartment complex. Despite multiple work orders, the baseboards and bathroom sink flooring were never fixed. The establishment even tried to shift the blame onto me for these unresolved issues. Cars get broken into at night. Definitely not a safe place.
What's worse, the management's lack of concern for tenants is glaring. The office consistently closes earlier than the posted hours, making it nearly impossible to get assistance. It's evident that their priorities lie solely in collecting rent rather than ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of residents.
Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this place. The unprofessionalism, negligence, and lack of genuine care for tenants make it not worth the hassle or time. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and tenant-friendly living environment. I could go on and on but just to save you some time DO NOT LIVE HERE."
