"Park at Cedar Lawn is a wonderful place to live. Amenities are plentiful, maintenance crew does a spot on job and the community is surrounded by a locked gate system. Neighborhood crime rate is very low, which is comforting. Location is great, sandwiched between Ball High and Broadway. Delicious local food options all over, Shrimp and Stuff, many authentic Tex-Mex restaurants, Chinese, Vietnamese and plenty of fast food options along the Seawall. About 15 blocks east of 61st, makes it easy to get to Kroger and Big Box Walmart.
I've had a good experience there and will be renewing my lease."

It was so nice to have such a pet-friendly space too, my pug Meatball certainly made lots of neighbor friends!
I always got a quick response for any sort of maintenance issue.
