"It's unfortunate that I have to leave a review under these circumstances. On 05/10/24 I reported that a vehicle was left on center blocks not sure if their has been an update for the owner but (BEAWARE) it can happen to you if you park on that back fence in an unlit area. I was moved to post this review because I had just became a victim of mailbox theft (05/14/24) . As much as I enjoy most of the staff here I'm sadden and in fear my safety at this apartment complex . My packages were stolen and my mail box was left pryed wide open like several other mailboxes surrounding such , along side the back side unlit area of the apartments by the exit gate . apartments 300's to higher 500's . I suggest having your mail sent else where because it looks like they get broken into every single night from what I'm seeing . I'm heading into the office (05/15/24) to update .
Update:05/15/24 I spoke to property manager and she assured me that my mailbox and others will be fixed asap"
"I had a tour scheduled for 11:00 am to tour the property. Showed up at 10:50 took a look around on our own for about 5 minutes or so. Showed up to the office at 10:55, the office door was locked and all the staff seemed to be having a meeting. No problem with that, but no one bothered to acknowledge that there were people outside waiting. We stop of and waited and waited even after 11 o’clock with several other people now waiting as well at different doors, NO ONE in that office bothered to look up and address the tenants or “future residents.” Eventually we just left because clearly that behavior is very telling of how we would’ve been treated by management in the future. **Also none of the first floor apts have fencing around the sliding door or patio. Someone could just walk right up to your apartment and walk in."

"My experience at Park at Woodlake continues to be deeply disappointing, despite a few attempts by the property management company to address some of the issues. While I appreciate their efforts to fix the roof leak in the bathroom, it is disheartening that the problem remains unresolved. The leak has been patched up, but it's clear that the fix was not completed properly as it persists to be a concern.
The AC problem, which was the primary reason for my discomfort, remains a major issue. The maintenance team's response has been. lackluster at best, as they insist the AC is functioning correctly when it clearly isn't. The air conditioner runs incessantly but fails to cool the apartment adequately, leaving me in an uncomfortable living environment.
Moreover, upon moving in, I was met with a less-than-desirable situation. The room was not cleaned adequately, and the pungent smell of cigarette smoke lingered throughout. This is a stark violation of basic living standards and a sign of neglect on the part of the property management company.
I had hoped that my concerns would be taken seriously, and the issues would be addressed promptly. However, the lack of proper follow-up and resolution has left me deeply unsatisfied with my decision to move here.
At this point, I can't recommend Park at Woodlake to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained living space. The ongoing problems with the AC and the incomplete resolution of the roof leak indicate a lack of attention to tenant needs and a disregard for maintaining the property.
I urge the property management company to take immediate action to rectify these issues fully. As a resident, I deserve a home that is safe, comfortable, and meets basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Until these problems are thoroughly addressed, my experience at Park at Woodlake remains far from satisfactory."
