"I lived at this complex for 2 years while working from home and homeschooling my children during the first year. The property management changed hands 3 times and during this time: Work orders would be canceled or marked as completed before their completion. Hot water boiler was constantly being worked on and the gates were consistently breaking down. Mail room was being destroyed, cars being towed who were allowed to be on property, being constantly harassed by another tenant who claimed to live on property for over 12 years (became extremely aggressive towards tenants and children. Reported this to the office and nothing was ever done.) Then to top it all off, the excessive charges every month. I moved into a 3 bedroom and was supposed to pay under $1400 and was paying almost $2000 a month after all of their additional charges. We decided not to renew our lease because when our downstairs neighbors moved out our apartment was completely infested with roaches and as many times as the property would fumigate, it was too late. When we moved I literally had to pay people to throw all of our furniture, technology equipment and more away due to the roach infestation. When I inquired how I would be reimbursed for this loss, I was directed to the required renters insurance company. Insurance carriers generally do not reimburse for this kind of loss. SMH thousands of dollars gone in the blink of an eye. I’m still attempting to recover from this loss and my children still cry because of their favorite possessions are gone."

"I just moved in, have a roach infestation, have a bath tub with nothing covering the drain ;you can see the pipe, the apartment smells like weed and the leasing office does not pick up the phone. My neighbors leave their trash on their deck and it could be what's contributing to that & the stray cats, which I have a cat allergy. DO NOT move here. i moved out after 1 week & they do not respond to emails, so I am calling the local health department"

I had the pleasure of working with Iris, the manager at Providence Memorial, and I can't speak highly enough of her professionalism and dedication. From the moment I walked in, she made sure I felt heard and understood, addressing all of my concerns with care and attention to detail.
Additionally, Melissa, the manager's assistant, was equally wonderful. She was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and providing seamless support throughout the process. It's clear that both Iris and Melissa go above and beyond to ensure that their clients receive the best service possible.
I highly recommend Providence Memorial, not only for their excellent facilities but also for the exceptional staff like Iris and Melissa. They truly make a difference!"
"I have lived here for 1.5 years now. Soon to be 2 and we’ve had a hole with BLACK MOLD on the bathroom roof, a bathtub in need of resurfacing, a bad touch and flea situation and to top it off neither the gym nor the pools have been open for over a year. How can you expect to pay full price for a place like this that lacks amenities and is riddle with dangerous pot holes and the gate is broken into almost every week and cameras are not online! So we set up our own neighborhood watch for this place!
City law states in article c CH 92 that the at most wait time for adequate repair liability is 1 WEEK or reduced rent will need to be applied or withheld."
