"I absolutely loved living at these apartments. They were clean and welcoming and I felt safe. Office staff was always professional and respectful and took care of all my needs quickly. Loved them! Highly recommend living here."

"The property has gone downhill since the current manager has been there. I haven’t seen this much vacancies since I lived here. The current residents can’t wait to move out of here. She doesn’t help the residents with the issues and also not very forthcoming with the information and the truth. If you want answers, you’ll have a better luck with the other staff member, who is very helpful. When it’s time to renew the lease, don’t bother trying to negotiate it. She is either you accept it or move out."
"I’ve been living here since October of last year. I don’t have any complaints or issues abt the property. If I put in a work order for something in my unit, it is fixed same day or very next day. Everyone is always nice and pleasant. The ladies in the office are both great nd the two maintenance workers are great as well. Happy here☺️"
"If you are wondering why you see no bad reviews it is indeed to good to be true! Worst experience ever.
They will provide you with an inadequate space for you to live in, including water damage, broken sinks and non-working outlets (only 5 worked in the whole apartment). When you come to tour, they will take you through the leasing office and past the pool, avoiding the infestation of feral cats occupying the property.
Furthermore, they advertise a bulk agreement with Xfinity but when you arrive at Xfinity to get your equipment you will be told they in fact do not have an executed agreement!
If that wasn’t enough they provided me with the wrong address on my lease agreement, somewhere out in Katy, TX (1hr away). I almost set up someone else’s electricity!
Good luck getting a timely response from Marissa or Noemi, the assistant property manager and property manager! Andwhatever you do, if you don’t take my advice and decide to live here, always follow up with email with whatever conversation you have with this property because they will say things verbally and not honor their word!
If you're relocating from 1,000 miles like I was, please don't risk living here! Not worth it on bit!"
