"First off, I NEVER leave reviews for things on Google, but I felt obligated to. We were very unhappy with the prior management before The Standard came in this summer-- the place was quickly becoming run-down over the course of a year. Since the new Standard management has taken over, I have become proud to live here again. They repainted certain parts of the buildings, added dog-trash cans, added more canopies throughout the complex, installed an additional grill, GOT RID OF FETCH (the worst), communicated events and food trucks, and truly gone above and beyond to help make the apartments feel like "luxury" living again. It's overall so much more well maintained and just a better vibe all around. Huge shoutout to the maintenance staff for being quick to address problems and support as thoroughly as possible. The front office staff are very friendly as well. I am so happy with what they are doing here now, and I am glad we are continuing our lease! The Standard definitely holds themselves to higher standards."
"Honestly this place should have a lot more stars than it does. I moved in shortly after it was built. My family and i have had the most wonderful experience living here. The office staff is great! And i haven't had any issues during my stay here! If your considering moving here your making a great choice. This is the first apartment i’ve lived in that truly cares about their residents"
"Not the best apartments , they were definitely cheaply made and for the price they charge it’s not worth it. Floor is peel and stick laminate and comes off super easily. Walls get dirty super fast and when cleaning them the paint comes off. No silicone placed on cracks so every insect comes in on the first floor. Walls are thin so you can hear everyone in the halls and outside walking or simply talking. There is never any parking especially on friday-sunday when people have guest and they take up parking. The pool is definitely not supervised and residents leave the trash filled after throwing weekend parties and don’t clean up after themselves. Some people feel they are the only ones privileged to the pool & grill. The park is super basic with just two slides for the kids and no shade. Dog poop all over the property from pet owners. Definitely not renewing my lease in September especially not with price going up. Only this “luxury” about these apartments is the stainless steel appliances and island style kitchen. Also there are break-ins in cars every week! People steal tires, try to break into your car , or if you even leave your car unlocked people ransack it! The office/ maintenance is pretty good at assisting and handling any complaints/ maintenance requests."
"From the initial inquiry, to the application process, to move-in date, Jase and Chris were very professional, quick, and responsive to every question. They knew this was an out of state move and made the process as streamlined as possible. Jase greeted me with a warm welcome on move in date and has been readily available to answer questions. The property is well cleaned and managed. I would definitely recommend.
Update (a year later): things seem to have gotten worse in the past 2 months. Although my building is typically quiet, quiet hours have not been emphasized so we hear neighbors before 6 am and/or after 10 pm. The exterior maintenance is subpar as dog owners do not take their dogs to the park, they use the grass areas and do not clean up behind the dog(s). The Waste Management trash bins are not emptied daily which causes massive pile up of trash in and outside the dumpsters. More needs to be done to the apartments on the first floor that suffer from insects coming in - pest control come out is not enough! one of the entry gates has been broken for over 2 months. Since there is now a new management company/team, it would be nice if they walked around to inspect the property and proactively address concerns or things they see needing to be addressed."
"Property looks nice overall. They need some kind of "stop here" by the exit gates (because they come inward and there's no warning leaving you to back up quickly or damage both gate and car). Not everyone that comes in is a resident (guests, delivery people, etc.) *I stand corrected on detention/retention pond.*
The property is managed by Greystar and apparently it's a long time for a deposit return and Greystar is difficult to reach according to their online reviews."
