"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an incredible experience working with The Star Luxury Apartments! I brought in a client, and the team went above and beyond to find the perfect fit at the best price. Ashley, the property manager, was phenomenal—she took her time to show every unit that could meet my client’s needs and even followed up with personalized videos of floor plans to help with the decision-making process.
The amenities are top-notch, the location is unbeatable, and the level of professionalism and teamwork is truly impressive. Ashley’s commitment to working along side the Crush City Realty Group’s Agents made the entire experience seamlessly smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend The Star to anyone looking for a luxury living experience in Houston!"
"My family moved into this beautiful property this week. We toured with Brandon last month, and we were so excited. The place sold itself honestly, but Brandon was so helpful and just sealed the deal for us. We applied right away. This place is absolute luxury. It's like living in a hotel every day. It is quiet, very clean inside and out, and it is also very secure. I feel safe, especially having a young child here. The amenities are to die for, and the location is wonderful. If you are thinking about it, just do it! And shout out again to Brandon for being so helpful in our apartment search!!!"
"I am a real estate agent helping my client that lives out of state find the perfect apartment in Downtown Houston and The Star is it! Brandon Martindale, the Leasing Professional, gave me the grand tour of The Star and even though I wasn't the actual client, he was very attentive and created a great experience for me as well as my client. As soon as the tour was over, my client was ready to apply to live in this luxury apartment. It's so fabulous that I wanted to move there! Thank you!"
"My family and I are long time downtown residents and have lived in several well known high-rises in 77002. My tastes have always been geared more towards the historic buildings than new construction. I’m happy to say that I am very satisfied with my experience having just moved into the Star. The history of the building, architecture, amenities are unrivaled in my experience. The move-in process has been a pleasure and Brandon has been helpful at every turn. We’re so happy to be new residents here at the Star and plan on staying for years to come!"
"I have rented apartments all across the country over the years, and I just wanted to recognize how absolutely stellar my experience has been moving into The Star. Brandon Martindale is a top-tier leasing professional that made the process easy and I felt welcomed and valued along the way. Every staff member I have encountered, from maintenance to management, has been friendly and helpful. From the apartment itself to the community amenities to the clean parking garage and location in general, I have been nothing but impressed. The Star is a beautiful community and I'm happy to call it home!"
"Brandon was exceptional throughout my entire apartment hunting experience! His efficiency and professionalism made the process incredibly smooth. He quickly understood exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste any time showing me the perfect unit. The entire process, from viewing to paperwork, was handled with impressive speed and attention to detail.
What really stood out was how Brandon streamlined everything - he was responsive, thorough, and made sure all my questions were answered promptly."
"Signing a lease with the star was nothing but elated. As soon as I saw the architecture on the outside of the building to the modern-sleek designs on the inside, I feel in love with the Star. Brandon Martindale has been nothing but wonderful, making the experience a breeze with zero complications. The whole building smells wonderful, the people are professional and nice, the concierge are always there to help you, and Brandon will answer questions promptly and quickly. I cannot wait to make this my home for a while."
"My experience at The Star was absolutely exceptional. Not only is the building truly one-of-a-kind with a rich history and architecture, but the staff are simply amazing. The leasing team, specifically Brandon Martindale, Ebony Cain and Ashely Stewart went above and beyond to help me. It's rare to find people who are this passionate about what they do, and will go out of their way to make sure residents are satisfied. The Star sets the bar high for good customer service, 5-star amenities, and incomparable atmosphere. I cannot recommend this apartment more. As if this weren't enough, the building and parking garage are super safe. As a young single woman I felt very safe even at night in the middle of downtown due to the awesome 24-hour concierge.
I hope this place never changes, The Star will always feel like home to me "
