"I absolutely love living here! This is such a safe community and so so clean! I’ve lived here since Jan 2024 and have had no issues with office staff. Office staff here actually treat us like people and are so respectful and truly care about their residents. My only complaints is that the water does get shut off pretty frequently, but they do let us know about 24hrs in advance. But it’s almost once a month that it gets shut off it’s only for about 8 hours of the day tho. And they try to make it a week day and during business hours. My other complaint is the gate does get left open quite a bit and I’m not fond of that. It’s a quiet community and I would like it to stay that way. Other than those 2 inconveniences, I’m very happy here. Any time that there is a safety concern on the property, staff lets us know immediately. There really isn’t a safety concern except every so often which is normal for living anywhere. Maintenance is absolutely wonderful here. My ac just went out and they brought me a window unit to help keep me cool since the part I needed wouldn’t arrive for a few days. But they got it fixed immediately once that part arrived. I’ve had other maintenance things such as drain clogging, dishwasher broken, light broken, and many others and they were all fixed immediately. Now my unit maybe a little dated, but I honestly don’t mind that. They did do renovations before I moved in but I did not want one done to mine. The move in process was very easy for me. I had no issues other than my original dishwasher was not working. So they came and gave me a new one. This is a very quiet community and I don’t often here my neighbors even with living on the first floor. The community is very clean and very well kept. We just got new lawn cares and they do such a wonderful job. They come once a week to keep it nice and beautiful. I do think they could improve the gym, but it’s not a huge deal. I also love that I can pick any spot to reserve it. I simply said “I would like this spot please” and I paid the monthly $25 and I got the spot! They do also have garages and covered parking available to rent, but my unit is not close to those. If you’re on the ground floor, you’re able to use your own hose as well. And they have a spot next to some garages that you are able to wash your car at. Has its own hose too. There are so many perks of living here. Yes there are a few downsides, but not every complex is going to be perfect. If you’re thinking about moving here, this is your sign!! "I have been living here for two years, getting ready to be three, the staff in the office is Awesome!!! They treat you with respect and kindness!! Always willing to help. Maintenance is great, I have never had any problems in my apartment, the property is very well kept and quiet. The staff always keeps the residents informed on any issues or events that happens on the property. Great place to live."
"Edit: I wanted to go back and leave a more comprehensive review mostly since I really love this complex. The folks working here have always been really nice, I love having a nice area to walk my dog, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I left the original review since I was upset when I found out the complex doesn’t any of their cameras active and my car got stolen. I have noticed they have seriously upped their security measures and have police officers checking the area periodically.

"I have lived in this community for 2 years and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a beautiful place, full of well-maintained green areas where you can breathe tranquility and harmony. The facilities are modern and always in perfect condition thanks to the incredible maintenance team. I want to especially thank Alex and John for their dedication and excellent work. They always respond quickly to any request and ensure everything works perfectly.
Additionally, the manager Jennifer is a gem. She is super attentive, kind, and resolves all problems with incredible speed. Her professionalism and warmth make living here an even more pleasant experience. I also want to highlight Stephanie from the leasing team, who is always willing to help with a smile and makes any process simple and quick. The assistant and the rest of the team are also very kind and always ready to help with anything I need as a resident.
This is an incredible place to have a family. The community is safe, friendly, and offers a perfect environment for raising children. I would only leave here when it’s time to buy my own house.
In summary, living here has been a wonderful experience and I couldn’t be more grateful to the entire team for making this place a true home. Thank you for everything you do!"
"I lived here for 2 years, and I would highly recommend this apartment complex. My apartment was great, and the maintenance staff was very responsive to all of my service requests. The grounds are beautiful with 2 different pool areas. The office staff is incredible, and always very helpful!"
