"I recently had the pleasure of working with Ashley at Waterford at Summer Park, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, Ashley was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. She took the time to listen to my needs and showed me a three bedroom apartment.
Her knowledge of the property and the amenities was thorough, and Ashley made the entire tour an enjoyable experience. I appreciated her patience in answering my questions and providing additional details about the leasing process and the community.

"We requested a total of 3 work orders late in the evening and by the next morning maintenance was there to address the issues. All three were taken care of immediately and we have had no issues since the repairs. They are always respectful and get things done as quickly and efficiently as they can. Great maintenance crew!"

"My partner and I had a highly disappointing experience at this apartment. The property was poorly managed, with frequent issues such as gates left open and inconsistent enforcement of rules—they wanted to fine us for grills and mops on patio, yet many residents ignored these rules without consequence. After Hurricane Beryl, the property's lighting was never repaired, leaving the complex extremely dark at night. Additionally, the management imposed excessive fines of $1000+ upon move out for wear and tear and ignored concerns about possible mold as well as altercations between neighbors in regards to noise complaints . We’re relieved to have moved on after a frustrating 24-month stay."
