"About a month ago I wrote a very negative review about the food here at Village on the Park. But after I wrote it I was contacted by Andrea our Director and Chef Richard. They scheduled a meeting with me and went over all of my complaints. They addressed each one and told me how they planned to improve in each area. I was so pleased that I had been heard.
Afterwards we all noticed a marked improvement in all areas and are now really enjoying our meals. We are getting a better variety of foods, they are tasty and served HOT! I cannot say thank you enough! I am even going to post a picture I took of a delicious duck dinner Chef Richard prepared for us an notice what a nice presentation."
"The only reason it not five stars is the food. My mom has been there fourteen months. She still misses her house but every day I hear about how great the staff there is and that she's as "happy as she can be" given her circumstances. I am very happy with my our choice for her."
"I chose to sell my home and move here when I felt living alone was no longer safe for me. My family was so happy about my decision they waisted no time getting me moved in. I have never regretted it. I love the staff and the way they work to make it a happy place to be. The building is very attractive and the way they decorate for holidays is absolutely gorgeous. It puts me in the spirit of the holidays!.. But most of all I love all the new friends I have made here. Especially after living alone in my home for a year after my husband passed away. Being here gives my life more meaning and puts a smile on my face again. I love it here!
