If I could leave 0 star I would, because this is not a habitable place to live in. Since moving in, 2024 in the summer I have consistently put in maintenance requests which take longer than 2 WEEKS for them to fulfill, if not more because I still haven’t gotten some of mine done from move in. Currently dealing with my heater being out during a cold front with freezing temperatures, which is considered a EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE by TEXAS LAW yet no one has came in to fix it and was left with no heat over night in the freezing cold apartment. They texted me saying maintenance has been notified and guaranteed someone will come by the end of the day YET NO ONE DID!! There is trash everywhere in the complex, gates are always open, broken and they are never fixed, & due to that my car got all 4 wheels stolen after me paying a fee for “security” for only 3 days a week. They have security cameras for display only, HALF OF THEM DON’T EVEN WORK. True words spoken from management at the front office!!!! There are deep potholes everywhere that can damage your car and when you go to the front office to express your concerns respectfully, you get brushed away."
"When I first moved in 2 weeks ago there was a huge fight at the pool later followed up with gunshots that night . I advise that I needed to move sat so Anna gave me what she called was their “model”apartment. The floors are not leveled, it was not cleaned cabinets drawers etc.,the windows in the living room don’t open learned that when their maintenance men ripped the ac out the wall after I stated it was just a little loose and due to their actions my children and I were left with out ac all night during the 100 degree weather. Instead of fixing broken wood panels or doors or doors them selves the paint over them, cabinets are horrible when you close one the other opens , then there is one that’s painted to the wall. Dishwasher dirty racks in which she tried to quickly close and she showed me.its like some type of stains on the ceilings also water damage, drawers in the kitchen fall down all the time because nothing is holding them up. The light fixture in the hallway almost fell on my son’s head because it was loose the ceiling by the kitchen light is cracking so that’ll probably fall next. The women in the office are no help but will definitely make comments in Spanish very unprofessional . Walls are super thin I can hear the apartment under me and next to me. I asked for corporates number they gave me some random number. Also so badly painted that a lighter is painted into the master bathroom mirror."
"I pay for a 3 bedroom but my son has never slept in his room because the roof leaks every storm. It destroyed his bed. We pay for rental insurance through the apartments but never got it replaced. It’s mold all in my vents, I have no water pressure, and the a/c in my room doesn’t work. I have put in work order after work order, went to the office multiple times. No parking even though I pay for parking. They show you the good parts of the complex but soon as you go deeper into the apartments you see the trash and the holes in the building. And the biggest thing is my rent is $1499 but every month I’m paying almost $2000 in crazy fees. Don’t move here and if you do get you security cameras."
"Very disappointed for my 1st time walk through...alone didn't even get escorted. But walking up to my new apt there's stuck on mud with beer tops , wet socks, and juice boxes. I'm looking passed that and walk in followed by scratches all over the floors, dead roches in the cabinets, dish washer had rust all in it. I go outside to the patio and glass all over the ground. I go upstairs and my 1st window in the room is broken, like missing pieces, the other window has tape on it holding it together. I expected more from a place that even has you pay for parking even tho there's no assigned parking....this was supposed to be our new beginning in this state with my 1st daughter... I'm hoping something gives ? I've posted pictures with this review as well.
Update : I was contacted by management shortly after and our lady Ana, they apologized for the situation and assured me this was not the way the apartment or walk through should've gone, I was attended to in a quickly, professional, and friendly way. She was very sweet to my daughter and I. We walked through the apt and it was nice looking and looked ready for me and my family's new chapter. Now moving in we've been here for 1 week and since we've been here we've had no power on one side of the entire apt, water coming in from the sliding door, a hole in the cabinet, rusted not bolted in dish washer, and now my a/c just broke all day been sitting at 78 and it's 10 pm already me and my little are sweating our carnitas off...
I think staff is 10/10 just needs better communication tbh so I know things are being done, I know I'm not the only one in this complex that needs maintenance so I understand just communicate is key."
"DO NOT PAY ANYTHING, UNTIL YOU SEE THE APARTMENTS IN-PERSON! I was told there was only one unit available, in order to get me to fill out the application, and pay the $99 Admin fee. I then learned there were FIVE units available...DISHONESTY!!! After reading the reviews and seeing pictures of the units, I asked if I could get my $99 back because I was not interested in viewing, and I was told 'NO'. Mind you, no administrative work has been performed, because I have not even submitted documents for review. I was encouraged to at least come view the property, since I wouldn't get my money back. So I did! People, reviews and pictures DO NOT LIE. The property itself looks like 'Little Mexico'! There are potholes and trash EVERYWHERE! The model unit I viewed was patched up, the windows do not have screens, the a/c vent upstairs has black stuff growing on the sides of it. I did not see roaches, but the smell of rodents, and rodent feces is very heavy. I hope this saves someone from paying the $99 Admin Fee, prior to actually seeing the property. I PROMISE, you will be VERY DISSAPPOINTED! Management will likely respond, with some BS response like they did on all the other reviews, put folks, pay your money at your own risk. You've been warned!"
