"In my opinion, the West End is extremely overpriced for what you get. (1 bedroom 4th floor facing pool 700approx feet) The living room is very small; it can barely accommodate a sofa or a sectional. The bedroom can barely fit a queen-sized bed, and if you do manage to fit one, you'll lose access to one of the doors. Don’t get me wrong—this apartment is beautiful, and everything is brand new, but for almost $1,600 a month, I don't think it’s worth it.
It is a very family-oriented community, which means there will be a lot of kid noises. Every food-related event they’ve hosted has completely sold out within 15 minutes, likely because people stack their plates, probably to avoid paying for food due to the high cost of rent.
I do appreciate that it's within walking distance of a grocery store and Target, but it’s very far from the city. If I could redo my decision, I would have chosen a location closer to the city, especially as a young person in my 20s. Thankfully, I never had any car incidents while living here and always made sure to park behind the gate.
I also never got to use the pool because it was closed for a few months after I signed my lease. As for noise, this is one of the nicer apartment buildings where you can’t hear much noise between units. However, if you’re facing the pool, you might hear music from the balcony or pool area. We had a bug problem for a while, likely due to the new construction, but pest control sprayed, and it was resolved within a few days.
For the most part, I felt really safe here."
