"Clean , renovation being done! Super cozy THEY EVEN HAVE A STORE INSIDE THE APARTMENT AND A TACO TRUCK!!!! AND A WATER 24/7..I WOULD DEFINITELY CHECK THIS OUT basketball court! And multiple swimming pools!"
"Do Not move here !!! They literally paint over roaches or anything. Gave me the wrong town home to start with . Lived here for 2 years too long. They even crashed my car while parked and couldn’t do anything about it. I gave them a handwritten letter a month prior moving out when my lease was over and still charged me as if i stayed longer even though i have proof i moved out before the last day i was supposed to, and still paid the month to avoid exactly any “late/extra or no notice fees” The only reason i realized was because my credit score went down and i couldn’t understand why until i saw that now i have this “pending fee” from Willow Creek. I am not paying anything , i’m already taking matters of my own hands but it disgusts me how they try to take advantage from people."
"I applied to these apartments and provided the accurate pay stubs that they were needing. I have worked for my job for about year now and Laura Manager stated that they where not accurate and they where not able to find any work employment. I have replied to Laura in minutes to see if I can have my supervisor give them a call to verify again but did not get a reply till the following day after blew the phone up with messages regarding what I can do. Laura response was "Once you submit the documents my manager reviews the application and documents provided, therefore we can't proceed". I basically did not get no response on what I could do to help. I do not recommend these apartment they would not help you with getting approved to get the apartment. I paid the 75$ application fee just for management to tell me that my pay stubs where not accurate and did not even bother to contact me to see if there is something I can do."
"For starters there is noise pollution at night and early morning, smaller apartments at 940/month, pets are off the chain's roaming around property, horrific parking after 9 pm, the mentenance over the weekend is a joke. Please look out for Amazon, security sucks ass here. Residents steal your amazon packages ?. For the last two months I've been bitten by either ticks / fleas coming in through my bed room window. Women were even sexual attacked in the laundry rooms and routes to the mail box ? ? There were no walk-in closets, with rods that could hold up my church clothes. I'm definitely looking forward to a home buying opportunity ?. I can't wake up with my car scratched up or someone sitting on my chevy ever again ?. This place is a nightmare, the power outages and lack of hot water has been that BS. I will not be renewing and defintly want be giving recommendations to live here. Posted September 2024"
"I have been here almost 2 years and the service has been emaculant great leasing agents they always take care of me. The three ladies in the front I want to marry but I'm too old they do take care of me everyone has great service. If you are looking for an apartment I recommend willow Creek you will enjoy the service."
